Because we are an ONLINE STORE, we provide delivery to you through a courier's service.


Orders of over AU$100-00 exc. GST are not charged for freight. Orders of less than that amount will be charged a standard freight charge of AU$9-00 exc. GST country wide.



At checkout, you will be directed to complete the fields to have this happen.


Whilst we presently use a standard rate for the whole of Australia, as we proceed, we may add different options. Your Checkout will notify you of any changes, should changes occur.


If you are not available to receive your order, then the courier will leave a notification with follow up instructions.

INSTALLATION










Because many of our products are best installed by professional installers, we are constantly adding new names to our list of installers


Be it a TV, Projector, Speakers, Hearing Augmentation, CCTV, etc., you will find an installer on our list. We are an ONLINE STORE, we provide delivery to you through a courier's service.


In order to qualify to appear in our list, installers must have been in business for at least 3 years.


We ask that installers are insured. We also ask that they cleanup after they are done.


It is important to note that the relationship with the installer is yours and so the "Duty Of Care" in choosing an installer rests with you, our customer


Any choices and arrangements, such as the quote and financial arrangements around installation, are between you and the installer.

SPECIAL ORDERS











Special orders and buy-ins are goods specially bought in on customer's request.


Prices for special orders and buy-ins are subject to change and depend upon the supplier's latest price-list at the time of purchase.


Special orders consist of Non-stock items.
 (Note: Delays may occur due to suppliers performance)


Orders for bulk quantities – require customer acceptance of price, and estimated delivery date. Payment upon order is required.


After acceptance of the quote by the customer, special orders cannot be cancelled or the goods returned unless our supplier agrees to order cancellation and return of the goods.
